Scenario
A user is approaching
the installation which is found in Hertfordshire University and is interested
what is the purpose of it. There is a sign which informs the user to download
the ‘Wikitude Studio’ application on their phone in order to be able to find
out more. The digital poster which is projected onto a wall has images which
relate to crime and there are many short facts and statistics shown. There is a
soundtrack playing in the background which creates tension and matches to the
theme of crime. The user places their phone in front of the poster and is able
to see things moving around on the poster and access to different links and
videos relating to the theme. The user looks amazed and not only enjoys the
experience of the installation but also learns little facts and statistics about
crime and also makes them think about the idea of why people commit crimes if
there can be other way of resolving issues.
